These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Meloviz websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Meloviz.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes the organization.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

Meloviz provides browser-based tools to create audio-reactive videos, including editing, preview, export, and library storage. Features, export limits, credits, and storage capacity depend on your subscription plan and applicable product settings.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific export turnaround times, or compatibility with every file format or device.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malware, probe or disrupt systems, scrape the Service without permission, resell access without authorization, or misrepresent your identity.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and process your content through the Service, including rights in audio, images, lyrics, and other materials you submit.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

While your account is active, you may store uploaded audio, images, projects, and completed exports up to the storage limit for your current plan. You can delete this content at any time from the app.

If you have an active Creator or Pro subscription, we do not delete your stored library content solely because you have not signed in recently. Your files remain available subject to your plan storage limit for as long as your paid subscription access continues (including any remaining time on a cancelled subscription before it expires).

After a paid subscription ends, you can download completed exports during your plan grace period (30 days for Indie, 60 days for Creator, and 90 days for Pro). When that grace period ends, we may delete your stored exports and library content.

Account activity means signing in and using Meloviz in a way that creates or changes your work (for example uploading media, saving a project, or starting an export). Simply viewing or downloading existing content does not reset the inactive period.

We may send email reminders before deleting content after your grace period ends. Maintaining an active paid subscription preserves your stored content as described above.

We are not obligated to retain content beyond these rules and are not liable for deletion consistent with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload and create. Meloviz does not claim ownership of your projects, media, or exports.

You grant Meloviz a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and perform your content solely to operate, secure, backup, and improve the Service for you and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop this license for stored content by deleting it or closing your account, except for copies retained in backups or logs for a limited time and except for content we must retain by law.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cadence shown at checkout unless cancelled through the subscription management flow. Prices, credits, and plan limits are shown at purchase and may change for future renewal periods with notice where required.

Creator-to-Pro upgrades take effect immediately: Stripe charges a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, then charges the full Pro price at the start of the next billing period. Pro-to-Creator downgrades take effect at the next renewal, do not refund the current billing period, and keep Pro access active until then.

Meloviz uses plan credits included with your subscription and optional extra credits sold as one-time purchases on eligible paid plans. Included credits reset each billing period and are forfeited when a subscription ends without renewal. Extra credits do not expire and remain on your account when your plan changes or when your subscription ends, but they can only be used for exports while you have an active paid subscription. If your subscription lapses, unused extra credits stay on your account but cannot be spent until you subscribe again. Extra credits are used only after your current plan allowance is exhausted and remain subject to your plan export limits, including resolution, frame rate, watermarks, and other caps.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension until resolved.

Taxes are handled at checkout by our payment provider or merchant of record. Currency conversion and payment-method fees charged by third parties are your responsibility where applicable.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself delete stored content; inactive retention and manual deletion rules still apply.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, risk to the platform, or discontinuation of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations accrued, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MELOVIZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MELOVIZ'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MELOVIZ FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meloviz and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Meloviz regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
